Dr Sam Jasinarachchi has completed his post-graduate training at Peninsula, Alfred, Monash, Eastern, and Austin Health services, where he acquired clinical experience in a wide variety of medical specialities including cardiology, respiratory, nephrology, haematology and immunology, endocrinology, neurology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. He has a special interest in perioperative medicine, and Mental health having looked after intensive care and perioperative/Psychiatric care at Boxhill and Austin hospitals. Dr Jasinarachchi also spent additional years working in Haematology at Monash and Alfred hospitals and Cardiology with Austin Health.
He is currently a Consultant Physician in Peninsula health. He has admission rights in St John of God Berwick, Mulgrave Private Hospital, Beleura, The Bays and Peninsula Private Hospitals.
He will be able to provide and coordinate comprehensive general medical management for patients with multiple comorbidities.

He is a qualified Obsterican Gynaecogolist with an additional Sub-specialty in Infertility IVF and Reproductive Endocrinology gained through training in Sydney and Melbourne. He first commenced research in the field of Reproductive Science over 20 years ago and is an expert in both male and female infertility.

Dr Myran Ponnam-PallamDr Rizvi underwent training in Gastroenterology and hepatology at the Lyell McEwin hospital, Royal Adelaide hospital and The Queen Elizabeth hospital, Adelaide. She did a dedicated year of inflammatory bowel disease fellowship at the Eastern Health Melbourne. She has been actively involved in the teaching, research and presented in numerous national meetings.

He also provides individualized exercise programs for his client to recover from their injuries, achieve their goals and improve their well-being.
