From 1st August 2023, consultations with GPs at Box Hill Superclinic will attract a $20 out of pocket fee for standard consults and a $30 out of pocket fee for long consults.
We require a minimum of 2 hours notice of cancellation of a scheduled appointment. Otherwise you will be charged the fee for the appointment that you had booked. The cancellation fee is not Medicare rebate-able.
